1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop babyonlinedress.de. By placing an order, you acknowledge these terms.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include the statutory value-added tax. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs, which will be displayed before completing the order.
5. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address you provided. The delivery time is usually 15-22 working days for standard items. For custom-made dresses, the delivery time may be 4-6 weeks. The exact delivery time will be specified in the product description.
7. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Detailed information can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
Important: Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are made specifically according to your specifications.
8. Return and Refund
8.1 Return Conditions
You can return unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. The items must be in their original condition, with all labels and in the original packaging.
8.2 Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made wedding dresses and evening dresses
- Items with individual adjustments or alterations
- Underwear and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Reduced sale items (unless otherwise stated)
8.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email at service@babyonlinedress.de with your order number and the reason for the return
- Wait for our return confirmation with instructions
- Carefully package the item for return
- Keep the shipping proof
8.4 Return Costs
The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer unless the goods are defective or the wrong item was delivered.
8.5 Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price within 7-14 working days to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of defective goods.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact us immediately at service@babyonlinedress.de.
10. Liability
We are liable according to the statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the violation of essential contractual obligations.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
