✅ Your statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right within14 daysto revoke this contract without stating reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the goods.

Step 1: Register return

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods:

Step 2: Obtain return address

We will send you within1-2 working days:

• ✅ The exact return address in Germany
• ✅ A return confirmation with your RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
• ✅ Return instructions

Step 3: Pack and ship the goods

Important:

• ✅ Item unworn, unwashed, and with all tags
• ✅ In the original packaging (if possible)
• ✅ Clearly write the RMA number on the package
• ✅ Use insured shipping (recommended)
• ✅ Keep the tracking number safe

Shipping recommendation:Use a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., DHL, Hermes, DPD). We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.

Step 4: Receive your refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund you the full purchase price of the dresses within14 daysto your original payment method.

The exact return address in Germany will be communicated to you via email after your return request.

Unannounced returns cannot be processed and will be returned at your expense.

Cost overview

The customer bears the cost of the return.

According to § 357 Abs. 6 BGB, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The following items CANNOT be returned:

• ❌ Custom-made dresses(custom-made to your individual measurements)
• ❌ Personalized items(with embroidery, monogram, or other customizations)
• ❌ Item made to order(made especially for you)
• ❌ Worn, washed, or altered items
• ❌ Items without labels or damaged goods
• ❌ Underwear and hygiene products(for hygienic reasons)
• ❌ Sale items with more than 50% discount(provided it is marked as "final sale")

A notice:These exclusions comply with the legal provisions according to § 312g Abs. 2 BGB.

Complaint in case of defects

If you have received damaged or defective goods:
