✅ Your statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.

Exclusion from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene. Returns due to incorrect size or personal preference will not be accepted.

Step 1: Register return

Step 2: Receive return address

We will send you within 1-2 business days:

✅ A return confirmation with your RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Step 3: Pack and ship the goods

Important:

✅ Items unworn, unwashed, and with all labels
✅ In the original packaging (if possible)
✅ Clearly mark the RMA number on the package
✅ Use insured shipping (recommended)
✅ Keep the tracking number

Shipping recommendation: Use a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., DHL, Hermes, DPD). We are not liable for lost returns without tracking.

Step 4: Receive refund

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund you the full purchase price of the dresses within 14 days to your original payment method.

Cost overview

The costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer.

According to § 357 Abs. 6 BGB, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

❌ Exclusion from the right of withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Custom-made dresses (made to your individual measurements)
❌ Personalized items (with embroidery, monogram, or other customizations)
❌ Items made to order (specially made for you)
❌ Worn, washed, or altered items
❌ Items without labels or damaged goods
❌ Underwear and hygiene products (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Sale items with more than 50% discount (if marked as "final sale")

Note: These exclusions comply with the legal provisions according to § 312g Abs. 2 BGB.

Note on return shipping costs: According to § 357 Abs. 6 BGB, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if you have not yet made the payment or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal for a higher-priced item.
