✅ Your statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the goods.

Exclusion from the right of withdrawal:The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene. We do not offer a fitting service. Returns due to incorrect size or personal preference ("I don't like it") will not be accepted.

Step 2: Obtain the return address

We will send you within1-2 working days:

✅ The exact return address in Germany
✅ A return confirmation with your RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
✅ Return instructions

Step 3: Pack and ship the goods

Important:

✅ Item unworn, unwashed, and with all tags
✅ In the original packaging (if possible)
✅ Clearly write the RMA number on the package
✅ Use insured shipping (recommended)
✅ Keep the tracking number safe

Shipping recommendation:Use a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., DHL, Hermes, DPD). We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.

Step 4: Receive your refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund you the full purchase price of the clothing within14 daysto your original payment method.

❌ Personalized items(with embroidery, monogram, or other customizations)

❌ Worn, washed, or altered items
❌ Items without tags or damaged goods
❌ Underwear and hygiene products(for hygienic reasons)
❌ Sale items with more than 50% discount(provided it is marked as "final sale")

Note regarding return shipping costs:According to § 357 Abs. 6 BGB, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the goods being returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros, or if you have not yet made the payment or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal for goods with a higher price.
