- Do not confuse with your bra size!
- Wear a non-padded bra (your dress has a built-in bra)
- Let your arms hang loosely at your sides
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust
How to Measure Waist
- Find your natural waistline
- This is the narrowest part of your waist
- Usually about 1 inch (approx. 2.5 cm) above your navel
- Keep the measuring tape comfortably loose so you have enough room to breathe
How to Measure Hips
- Find the fullest part of your hips
- Usually about 7 inches (approx. 18 cm) below your natural waistline
- The measuring tape should lightly brush over your hip bones
